We offer the following shipping options for products purchased online. For a complete list of shipping prices, please visit the pricing help page. You can always review the status of your order in the order status section of 'Your account'.

Mail Order:
Standard Post
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order on the site. After receiving the email, please allow the indicated business days for your order to arrive.Shipping times vary per region (see grid below).

Express Post, where available
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order on the site. After receiving the email, please review the grid below to determine your expected delivery time. Shipping times vary per region. In some cases, Express Post delivery may only be available in metro and regional areas (conditions apply).


Retail Pickup:
Standard Pickup
We will send you an order confirmation email after you have placed your order indicating the expected day when your order will be ready for pickup. After receiving the email, please allow the indicated business days for your order to be ready for you at the store. In some cases, a convenience fee may be charged.

Express Pickup, only where available
We will send you an order confirmation email after you have placed your order indicating the expected hour when your order will be ready for pickup. After receiving the email, please allow the indicated time for your order to be ready for you at the store. Express pickup prices may be higher than mail order prices.
